    Thx for all your info made my mind up I am not selling I will hold and see what the future brings my thinking is it has to go up if they are asking 10c for new share issue and during May we could see some movement. So I am holding after all your suggestions which were informative and logical , I figure I can convert anytime so whats the hurry. But thx to everyone.
