That means burn is 8-3=5m pa
Right now they have 3.1-1.7+8.7+3= 13.1 so at 5m pa they still have 2yrs and an extra 3.1m for your expectation of spending more. Any way I look at it there is at least 2 years and the chance of another if this 5m payment is real.
