Telco deals sounding very close, better than expected $$, all very promising.
Secondly..
They seriously couldn't get the ann out during preopen? another lost opportunity, late ann, announcement overlooked by the market.
The market waits to see if there's buying before making up their mind about getting in.
Released after the price has dropped, so people assume it's not good.
Ridiculous timing. Pull your heads in Nor!
Yet another wasted announcement.
