Suspect that it will be a Chinese group that off takes for Tiris. Knowing Peter,he probably has the ducks lined up already as there had been a good relationship with Haggan coming on line before the Ux price fell,Fukashima etc etc.Will look at the Yuan /$US rates.Hopefully the Chinese will join the plot of breaking free form the $US.
