I think you sold too early. Far too early. They are just showing signs of recovery and improvement...only starting.
Of course they are set to improve on last years net Income, I don't think they could do much worse as this is the bottom.
The report shows they have improved profit and margin in the second half of FY18. This is the second half of the year when retail is always hard as well to get decent numbers and they improved.
So you have to think the first half of FY19 will be easy to improve on from here being the easier half to make good retail sales.
