world markets have changed a lot in the last 4 months, cash could be required elsewhere, re-weighting of portfolios, management/analyst/business plan changes/ margin calls etc, many, many reasons for the sale of shares.
Other posters have said that from talks with Oceanic folk, they are hanging on to the rest of their shares.
