Invis.... I might take a stab at this.... there is a possibility, that Mr BB is setting up for a takeover (hence the books looking good) or... why not let Bergen get in, have the $12m there ready to go and watch SK move the share price up.... SK want the resource there is no doubt about that.... BB must be that confident in the product that this move may have been quite clever... all IMHO offcourse and not to be taken as gospel
