Firstly announced 25/08/2016, below is the initial image of our "proposed site for the development and future expansion of the Coldry and Matmor technologies at NLC." [1]
Here's a closeup taken 5 months earlier, but in the same state.
Below is an overlay of our proposed R&D plant. [2]
Note the dirt area above our expansion land (left of our R&D plant) is pretty much clear.
Fast forward to 2018...
The R&D site has now been shaped to match ECT's plans. The main vegetation can't be removed until TOR/Environmental clearance has been approved.
Coal / lignite conveyors have been constructed at the entry point to the site and numerous vehicles are visible on-site.
The dirt site is now full of steel framework.
All for us, or for other ongoing NLC expansions.
Time will tell.
