Agree catlover.
People have been swearing on HC for years - just altering a letter here or there to express themselves.
It's 'ocker' - it's Australian.
As long as it's not aimed at another poster and isn't excessive, I think there needs to be some leeway.
Isn't it illegal for people under 18 to join these forums?
I believe it is, therefore our children shouldn't be reading this anyway.......
Stay 'moderate', and surely that should be acceptable...
Waiting for admin to clarify as some of hte ones we've heard about were very minor -
We've heard what Yellowcake wrote, and it was much tamer than a lot of the things thatI have written.
BUT - the subject has already been done to death on other threads, inclusing feedback, and admin have been contacted for some clarification, so I'd suggest we move on and let them work out what's acceptable and what isn't.
After all, admin took away all the profanity filters to let us have more pleasant use of posting - like being able to write 'Dick Cheney'.....for example!
'Sparse buyers', wouldn't have got through the filter before - so we don't want that back!
