    Mdw002...A great advantage of having two major shareholders with 30% plus shareholding between them is their ability to block any early takeover bid at a Silly price that underestimates the true value of the technology.How does price play in a buy out..well in the last year a major US company bought an Australian company at a premium of six times its market price!!!!
    I believe that Senetas will be no easy push over for any potential buyer.
