Not yet he hasn't!
Every share traded since results don't yet get him to the 87m shares mark he needs to get 19.9% which I'm certain he will get to.
Shorters also needing to cover as they were/ are caught something terrible, will be very interesting to see how many have covered, with someone buying so many shares shorts would be lucky to have covered 20% of the total shorts out there.
Shorts have been caught much harder than usual as they were still shorting on the day of and the morning after results, almost 5m shares in those 2 days and we are yet to have todays short numbers, caught so bad it's not funny, they need to cover more than 100m shares all up.
BIG trouble for them as Sol could well make a scrip offer for the rest of the company at around $1, synergies would make it an absolute slam dunk value wise for him and be pretty damn nice for MYR holders also, would be happy to receive PMV shares at around that $1, $1.20 would be nicer but I'm not greedy
Ps: question time, can he go past that 19.9%? I thought it was a case of he just needs to announce his intentions once he passes that mark?
If so when would he need to announce his intentions? before or after going past that mark, ie; would he have 3 days or be issued a "please explain" by ASX?
