    You're knowledge of MNS is so poor it casts doubt as to whether you actually are a holder - personally, at a minimum, I read announcements from company's I hold:

    "The placement was made under Magnis’ existing placement capacity with 30,000,000 shares issued at $0.37 per share, a 4% premium to the 15-day Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) of $0.356."(MNS ASX release 4 Sep 2018)
