    Kevin103 voiced his concerns with the very same Matanda scenario a while back.

    This is what 123 responded with ;

    Matanda is in a state of flux right now. I have believed for several months that CVI would not proceed with Matanda anyway. I think we should all be removing Matanda from our thinking.
