    Agree with you on that BrayWyatt, but IMO the lead broker (Hunter Capital on this case) also have a big part on how the company share will be structure and IPO will be marketed.

    IMO, it is the broker responsibility to weed out and/or even ban those flipper investors that usually making all this pump and dump tactics.
