Market capitalisation means absolutely nothing and is of no benefit to shareholders - the price of a share is principally determined by its present & future earnings per share - these guys already have zillions in their bank account and it is swelling by half a million dollars per day - what in heavens are Directors going to do with this money and what in hell would they do with another $210 million if the options get exercised - Directors have an obligation to tell us now what their specific intentions are & not after the event.
When a company does an IPO, placement or rights issue they tell shareholders before the event as to what the money will be used for - this should be no different.
