    WDE advises that an independent expert has been engaged by the Company to consider the offer. WDE will despatch a target’s statement to WDE shareholders on or before Friday, 28 September 2018.

    I would be keen to see why an independent expert who thought the offered premium for WDE wasn't fair and reasonable.
