Problem starts at the top , chardonnay swilling board members who are self serving and little interest in Rugby period . Why does no one ask the obvious question why do they have 3 directors who would not know a rugby ball if it they saw it . The only answer I have ever seen is because of gender !!!! nothing to do with capabilities more to do with gender like many company boards these days .
