Since you mention the price of gold, my view is that it is largely irrelevant to BCN SP at the moment, and will continue to be until gold gets out of its 5-year sideways trend, capped below $1350. Unless Trump does something really, really, really stupid (possible but not probably IMHO, and I follow US politics closely), or Putin does, or Kim Jong-un does, or all three do and WWIII starts, gold is going nowhere.
