No one in their right mind would sign on knowing what sort of risks were involved. They would have ZERO clients if made their arrangement clear with investors.
Also, whenever someone takes on any extra risk it is usually because they are getting extra reward. In this case nothing, even though Opes was making money off lending clients shares....absolute thievery
