The reason for the discrepancy in some other companies shareholdings on the recent announcements is due to the fact they were not 100% sure in the first place of how many shares were on each companies registries, therefore when the figures were confirmed they may of then come in under 5% given any adjustments.
I believe the discrepancies are listed in the couple of paragraphs below the table in the 2nd announcement.
