Hi Walk...you are probably the right person to ask this question.
From a US perspective, do you think that the current sell off could be coming from your side of the Pacific?
If I was an American investor holding Australian stocks and watching the exchange rates kill my profits I would be likely to consider dumping Aussie shares and repatriating my funds before the cross-rates deteriorate even further.
I realize that FAR will grow on a USD denominated commodity and that will be good for FAR in the long run but if I am a current holder looking at all my Aussie investments I would be considering a sell down and buying some hometown stocks that are moving well along with a strengthening dollar....especially if I am a hedge fund.
Thoughts please?
