If I was to buy a small business, where I was the manager, I’d be paying price to EBITDA of 4.

For a publicly listed company, run under management, a price to ebitda of 4 is unheard of.

If UNV accept the offer I’ll contact all shareholders and try and get myself on the board and reject it.
