I think they have known the bulk of this content all along, perhaps not to the point that it is today, the thing is these are clued up guys they know what's required, these reviews are not done in isolation, questions back and forth etc, they would know the drift of it, I would think they sort of expected it, albeit it has drilled down and they have much to do. Some may say get it out and your are home free to do the project with absolute scrutiny, no fun for many who all are seeing large paper loses, but then I was not going anywhere soon, would have liked to buy my lot again at todays prices It is way overdone but that's what happens on the day/week, they would be more surprised by the SP movement than the review
