JMS have previously indicated the payout % ( as dividends) from profits in future will be circa 70%. The balance of 30% can be used to grow the company I guess with value accretive options as they say. Based on my calcs, in broad terms, assuming 70% payouts and a return to historical Mn prices and AUD/USD 75c, and output around the current 3.3 mill tonnes, its still gives a divvy of about 4c per share annualized. That's 10-11% divvy yield, unfranked. If the Mn prices stay where they are now, and the AUD remains in low 70's cents range, 5.5 - 6 cents divvy per share annualized is achieved, again after allowing for a 70% payout from earnings. That's a very very good yield at current share price sub 40c. If the share price falls back ex divvy date, it represents a further excellent buying opportunity (top-ups) either way. I am fully loaded, but if there is a pull-back I will wade in for more. Being unfranked divvies, also don't also have to worry about looney Labor stealing franking credits from SMSF's ( which includes me)
