I’m back at the Supreme Court to support the Adnyamathanha people in their legal bid to stop Underground Coal Gasification (UCG) on their traditional lands. The Court just now had to relocate to a bigger Court room to accommodate a packed public gallery. Depending on the outcome of this case, I will be pushing in State Parliament to ban UCG statewide. It’s a dirty and dangerous fossil fuel industry that has already been banned interstate and overseas.
