Either way, I am interetsed to know how this statement can be justified:

"The 11,000 investors who put $770 million into the fund still face significant losses"

I think it is still an unknown yet, and if the fund can have an orderly wind up, allowing projects to be finished (which might take 12mths), then the damage will be limited.
