there is a credit squeeze. People can't get enough money to pay the high prices for houses.
Also the interest rates are discouraging people from taking out loans as well.
what we are seeing is a massive deleveraging in the economy and it will decimate prices everywhere from houses to share prices
high interest rates on credit credit cards is even threatening the volume of everyday discretionary consumer goods sold each day.
Just look at HVN.
