I haven't posted for a while due to lack of enthusiasm to join in.
Anyway, I have been reading posts of anger and frustration now for quite some time regarding WGL. It would seem this line of talk becomes common on so many other stocks due to so many different reasons. Over promise, under deliver, management crooks, product no good, CR, no capital, no off take, no partners, pump and dump, good drill results, manipulation, bad drill results, bots, whatever. I've also noticed if company management tell it how it is they get attacked as well. (See below announcements). Also, when there is a period of silence the share holders start the whole process over again. If they announce something not so important or just want to give shareholders a quick update, it's referred to as "FLUFF" and waisting $1500 of company funds on the ASX announcement, so the merry-go-round continues.
"Dammed if you do or dammed if you don't"
Please note: I don't condone being lied to or take being lied to lightly! Who would?
I am only posting and looking forward now from Sean's appointment as CEO. Before that he's had no input in WGL whatsoever.
I contacted Sean and asked him where WGL is at.
I was told:
The Chairman and all Directors are fully backing him and WFI.
So that includes Jonathon Wild and Mathew Walker.
Sean is not going anywhere. Sean and his team are working extremely hard on Insites and other "products" and Sean is hell bent on making the "platforms/products" successful.
He is buoyant and very confident regarding the app complexity fix, Insites new interface look, relaunch this quarter and overall product demand and success when front end and UX is "perfect".
He will not just take "good enough" it must be perfect to relaunch!
I agree entirely with him. Reading between the lines tells me this is when we will be ready for a move in all aspects of WFI. That's just my opinion though.
Note: I don't ask CEO's where the SP would, could or should be.
Sean is extremely tight lipped.
Discussions continue with Telcos, Health Insurance Co's and other potential partners for various opportunities that he would not elaborate on, but he noted we move to their agendas and they definitely do not move to ours. "Frustratingly slow" he said.
When ready "they can move fast and so can we".
I personally find the above comments reassuring as Sean is confident in moving fast with our platform/products when required.
Skoolbag (MOQ) is nothing like student edge. Incomparable.
Every school has their own app and website if they choose to use a template from the Skoolbag offering. Approx. 2800 schools use it and WELL OVER a million end users........!
I believe Skoolbag alone is going to be a game changer for WFI where the WFI platform/product is backed by the credibility of WFI's Educational content as well through out the entirety of the Skoolbag school websites and million plus parent, family and organisations end points. IMO.
Sean is in full control and the BOD fully back him along with both Robyn Treyvaud and Donna Cross.
They are all very much so involved with WFI being a commercial success.

Below from the last announcement:
WFI – PRODUCT UPDATE
Post the initial launch and successful marketing of WFI, the Company undertook a comprehensive review of initial customer interaction to identify areas requiring further improvement and development.
Customer research, including online surveys and direct telephone interviews, has shown that parents are highly engaged with WFI’s research and education based approach which is unique in the cyber-safety market. Parents have also confirmed that their key concern and challenge across all cyber-safety solutions is the overall complexity of setting up solutions across multiple family members and internet devices.
With the core product development complete, the Company has shifted internal development focus to removing complexity from WFI setup and vastly improving the ease of use and delivered value of the solution. Specialist resources have been engaged to manage the user experience optimisation, with a major UX-focused re-release planned for the following quarter.
WFI – EDUCATION UPDATE
Recognised cyber-safety expert Robyn Treyvaud has lead the development of high quality educational assets for families as a key competitive differentiator. The production of regular, well-researched articles and substantive eBooks on key issues facing families today provides high value to WFI customers whilst building an asset base for future commercialisation activity.
The eBook series is developing into a major asset with current and future value realisation including the following areas:
• Key lead-generation activity for WFI customer acquisition (13,000+ emails captured);
• Key Search Engine Optimisation benefits for long term WFI awareness and traffic;
• Standalone educational materials for purchase (coming soon); and
• Content syndication via potential partnerships.
The last two dot points read well and I am keen to hear news regarding monetisation of the educational material.
Also from all four dot points WFI's will gain added exposure and credibility.
I've been told to be patient.
I am frustrated also but my conversation with Sean made me realise that he has had his fair share of frustrations as well. He told me he is giving this all he's got and more, so, I will be patient, and I do believe what he has conveyed to me to be the truth.
I too feel the pain of being helplessly under water with my investment in WGL and do note that most are in this same boat as I and are venting their anger and frustrations whilst realising a sell at this price is fruitless. I can't sell and move on so I need to believe in Sean and his team and I do believe what he tells me, otherwise I have nothing.
I have faith in Sean and his team pulling off a successful relaunch, overcoming sign up complexities, leading customers through to free trial, optimising the sales marketing funnel, optimising overall customer experience and partnering with the relevant companies for WGL's successful commercialisation on all product fronts, after all, digital marketing is his forte.
Cheers,
Jocko.
