L-max was derived from K-max for processing sulphate of potash one of the many cash generating byproducts so potentially your getting a free open pit into the lepidolite zone giving money and time for LPD to upscale there proven laboratory benchscale patented process with GXY owning about 10% of LPD and hence stockpiling mine waiste
The Sinclair mine is not the only thing going for PIO but if LPD is successful will be a mine beyond the caesium concentrate
