SB - what a great idea - send 6.4m Israelis (but presumably only the jewish and christian Israelis) to the US and the problem's fixed - and we could do the same thing in Australia - get all the non-aboriginal Australians to move to, say, South America. Then there'd be no hassles here either. Good stuff SB - keep those postings coming.
