Agree, the foray into solar clearly hasn't worked for them and with the benefit of hindsight, fell outside their area of competence.
The reason I ponied up for the rights issue is their clear expertise in mining and oil and gas projects. Certainly in the past, they had a good business in this sector and with the recent resurgence in commodity prices hopefully they'll have a good run of work over the next few years. Hopefully this will be profitable if they can manage the projects properly!
