Pls note that II is not only forecasting the demise of property but if you look at the base of his posts he is also forecasting the demise of the sharemarket.
In other words people in II's world will be investing in nothing, they will be putting money into cash only (or does he want to go for stuffing mattresses with cash).
Likely do you think?
