Sounds as though they must be fairly sure of signing a contract otherwise I don't think they would have mentioned that to you....I keep my fingers crossed as we sure need something to give the S/P a push along.
Are they doing some Broker talks at the moment,as you said there should be some Broker buying in the next week or so?
