When I had my 'tete de tete' with JH last year I recieved an email stating that all future correspondence had to be in written form (snail Mail) and addressed 'to the chairman'.
I sent a reply quoting from ther own Shareholder Communication Policy.
This off the website..
"The Company Secretary and the directors are available to respond to shareholder questions in writing and by telephone."
Havent had a response since.
By the way, I may be getting old and forgetfull,but I reckon the wording is different now.
