Yep, Ted has really laid it out in a way that anyone can understand. This is a great business model and the speed with which it ramps is really only limited by access to capital.
I wonder whether they could increase the loan facility to help with cash float. If they are pre-paying for more and more, why not do it on the bank. With low defaults and a effectively risk free sales model I cant see why they couldn't negotiate excellent terms.
In the event of going back to the market, its not the end of the world because as explained, every dollar found will generate nearly 200% back. But if they did, it would be great seeing a placement to a strategic investor rather than the amateur brokers on the ASX that flip for 5%.
I bought a bit more today. Agree that i could easily see us around $100M MC by end of the year if the revenues are met or even exceeded.
