They still can as the options expire 12mths from share issue (which was to be completed shortly). So $1 by end of year, and rest or near enough by April next year. Still plausible.

But the company is a little prime to being a take-over target at these low levels. Just disappointing they continue to see the need for Capital Raising instead of using positive cash-flows from projects and building company that way.

Just more dillution for the average shareholder like myself.
