ASX are not buying what is being proposed and rightly so.
The deal is a shite one and I have no doubt that any shareholder with even an ounce of common sense will reject it.
In fact, it is so obviously bad that if Leadenhall approves or condones it than I think that would be the nail in the coffin for their credibility to the ASX/ASIC.
