Guess we are on the same team and hope you are wrong lol.
They were only paying one director the majority of the time. Lifestyle company would encourage them to make a tenement acquisition, so to some degree it's a good thing.
I think they will offload the project for cheap in the end. If they do find funding for the project itself then maybe there are legs and may be the real deal...
