This is an unusual stock, the dividend is spectacular, for sure some questioned if that sort of cash would actually be paid out, often people need to see it and we do see it. No way will money let a potential yield like this go unnoticed, the SP will need to rise dramatically or the yield to drop dramatically to balance normal capital returns. The forward guidance is solid on yield, so I can only assume the former.
