I was having a read of how this system works, it is too easy to get around, instead of using vhf radio go back to using hf radio, totally non predictive location by using low frequency for ground wave communication and higher hf frequencies using ionospheric propagation that will not be looked at as the satellites do not not have the coverage or the required antenna capture efficiency. This is not thought out and will become redundant space junk.
