So from feasibility proposal it is a goer. not like a drug test wait for statistical analysis. If comparing to a drug, the statistical review ie the EORI has provided it succesful. The RS is like the FDA approving the product for salein the US.

And yes th eFDA has refused products, but the oil is there. RS will be confirming for the none oil person ie banks and the investor lay person.

Not sure what RS can denounce apart from there not being 23m. If there is not 23m then the university of Wyoming needs to reasses its abilities to provide EORI
