I spoke to a friend today who told of a story of woo.Insured with NRMA the family dishwasher leaks filling with water under the kitchen cupboards.The water runs through the wall in the tv room downstairs .He cuts a hole in the floor of the cupboard and a hole in the plaster downstairs packing it with paper to mop up the water.The insurance claim they dont have to fix it because he caused the damage..Do you believe the trolls?
