I believe it is the former leader of the 249d action that has asked this, plus no doubt with some support from his cronies - they do not amount to a large number of shareholders.

Care to divulge who told you that it was a large number of shareholders as certainly the company would not have said that.

At first I replied flippantly with "Not much", I do apologise. Having thought about it some more I realise that once again Kogi must be getting very close to some game changing situation otherwise these clowns would not try do this again to us shareholders, the majority of whom made it plainly clear that we do not want these buffoons involved in running our company.
