@Lopez I'm wondering, shorters and accumulators aside, whether it would be financially sane for a potential biopharma partner to consider trying to restrain the price if they knew they also were going to buy a share parcel as part of the agreement;
representing a 20% premium to a blended volume weighted average price calculated over three months, one month and one day.
It might mean some accumulation at opportune times over the past months to make the strategy cost positive. Just a thought.
