from Dec quarterly report: "Assessment of Alluvial Tin in the Spinifex Creek Catchment. Volume of stream sediments along the creek length varied dramatically but it is obvious that there is a significant heavy mineral component in the stream system as a whole. The lab results were encouraging with many pan cons having a significant
tin component in the heavy mineral fraction (many in the range of 50-60% total tin). Approximate grades for sections of the creek could be back calculated from the sampling exercise however it has been shown that Spinifex Creek is carrying significant alluvial tin and further detailed follow-up work is recommended in those areas carrying the best tin concentrations. Ideally, further sampling comprising bulk stream, bank and soil sediment samples should be undertaken with a view to beginning an estimate of a potential tin resource in the creek sediments."
