Just to tack on to your accurate comments, one of the things I liked when I first bought in to SFX a few years ago was that most announcements don't begin with 'we are pleased to provide'. They've never needed to sweet talk the information put to market because it speaks for itself. Very professional. So sick of small cap co's talking about how pleased they are to present results that are terrible... SFX has said it once or twice, but never to talk up their info.
