Its all quite interesting, I have a bag of a herb named Horsetail that is meant to be a good source of Silica. I take micro minerals every day, as a Nobel prize winning scientist stated, every know disease of the human body s caused by missing minerals, or words to that effect. We could grind up some Muchea and put it into bottles.
