yes all very confusing. But for simplicity can I treat the Oz listing as a separate entity because the market cap here is the value of the company to the investors here? I just bought in today so I'm learning. I also think the SP is headed north with Jadar and buy backs etc. The SP was over $140 pre GFC and so it looks good to me.
I get your point re franking credits. Low income earners are forced to pay tax they don't owe, so like a double taxation.
