a few things:
1. Its POE, not POA
2. Do you know anything about CVN? The stock has never touched 86 cents. How could you be needing it to get to 86 cents just to break even?
Even if you bought equal parcels at 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70 cents, your average would be 40 cents.
3. There 2P is likely to be substantially higher than initially thought. Lets say they are producing at 8,000 BOPD and have a 2P at 20 million.
8,000 * 365 = 2,920,000 barrels of oil a year.
20 million (with massive potential to add A LOT more) divided by we will say roughly 3 million...equals nearly 7 years worth of oil.
