As with all these deals the devil is in the detail. If they sell for a couple of million it will drop, if they sell for seven figures it will go up. But maybe it's not a sale? It could be a 40 million dollar contract with a Canadian firm, the first million deposit due on receiving derma products for testing?
What I hope for is that if it is a sale there is an ongoing component that generates revenue.
